Loyalty Models

Pikarta supports 4 models: stamps, points, cashback, and discount. The model can be changed later, but switching it will erase all customers' accumulated rewards from the previous model — choose carefully.

Stamps

The most popular model for coffee shops, bakeries, and restaurants. The customer collects stamps for each visit — when they reach the required number, they automatically receive a reward.

How automatic redemption works: When a customer collects the required number of stamps, their Wallet card updates instantly. The counter resets to zero and a new cycle begins — you don't need to do anything manually.

Stamps model settings

1

Number of stamps for a reward

For example: 10 stamps. The customer collects as many stamps as you specify — then automatically receives the reward.

2

Reward name

What the customer gets upon completing the card. For example: "Free coffee", "20% discount", "Dessert on us".

3

Stamps per visit

Each visit awards the customer 1 stamp.

Points

Suitable for shops and services where the purchase amount varies. The customer accumulates points proportional to their spend — you manually decide when to redeem them.

Manual redemption: Unlike Stamps, points are not redeemed automatically. You or the cashier tap "Issue reward" when the customer wants to spend their accumulated points.

How to set up

When creating the card, specify the redemption threshold — the minimum number of points needed to receive a reward. For example: 500 points = a free haircut.

Cashback

A fixed percentage of each purchase is returned to the customer's card balance. This model works great where the average transaction is stable: barbershops, salons, studios.

Balance is visible on the Wallet card: Customers can always see how much they have accumulated — creating a strong incentive to return.

Discount

The simplest model — the customer always receives a fixed discount, and you simply log each visit. No accumulation, no thresholds.

The discount is applied by you, not the app. Pikarta logs the visit — but you apply the actual discount at the register manually.
The app does not integrate with POS software. Pikarta works independently and does not connect to cash register systems, POS systems, or accounting software.
