Subscription & Billing

Pikarta runs on a subscription model — 30 days free, then payment via the App Store. The subscription controls access to creating new customers and issuing bonuses.

Subscription statuses

The subscription passes through several states. Understanding each one will help you avoid service interruptions.

TRIAL
Trial period — 30 days. All features available without a payment card.
ACTIVE
Subscription is active. All features work in full.
EXPIRED
Subscription expired. Service is fully blocked until payment is restored.

Trial period (TRIAL)

Every new account starts with a 30-day trial period. During this time all Pikarta features are available without restrictions — creating a card, adding customers, issuing bonuses, working with your team.

No card required. Starting the trial period does not require entering payment details. Just register and start working.

The remaining trial time is shown in Settings → Subscription. We'll remind you before it expires.

Active subscription (ACTIVE)

After subscribing, the account switches to ACTIVE status. All features work in full — without any restrictions.

The subscription is set up and managed through the App Store:

iOS — App Store
Payment via Apple ID. Manage and cancel in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Pikarta does not store your card details. All payment information and payment history is held by Apple.

How to subscribe

You can subscribe directly in the Pikarta app:

1

Open Settings

Tap the "Settings" tab in the app's bottom menu.

2

Tap "Upgrade" or "Subscription"

At the top of the settings section your current subscription status and the button to upgrade to Premium are displayed.

3

Select a plan

Choose an available plan. Prices are shown in your local currency and are managed by the App Store.

4

Confirm payment

Confirm the purchase via Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password. The subscription activates instantly.

Subscription expiry (EXPIRED)

If the subscription is not renewed, the account switches to EXPIRED status. In this state, the business account is fully blocked:

Adding new customers is unavailable
Issuing stamps, points, and cashback is blocked
Cashiers cannot perform operations
Your data is safe. When the subscription expires, all your data is preserved — the card, customer list, transaction history. Nothing is deleted. As soon as the subscription is restored, everything will work again.

Restoring your subscription

If the subscription has expired, you can restore it via Settings → Subscription in the app. The process is identical to the initial subscription.

1

Open Settings → Subscription

The app will show the current EXPIRED status and a restore button.

2

Subscribe again

Select a plan and confirm payment via the App Store.

3

Access restored automatically

After a successful payment the account immediately switches to ACTIVE status — all features become available, data remains intact.
