Loyalty Models
Pikarta supports 4 models: stamps, points, cashback, and discount. The model can be changed later, but switching it will erase all customers' accumulated rewards from the previous model — choose carefully.

Models overview
Choose the model that fits your business — it determines how customers earn and spend rewards. You can change the model later, but all customers' accumulated rewards from the previous model will be erased.
Stamps
The most popular model for coffee shops, bakeries, and restaurants. The customer collects stamps for each visit — when they reach the required number, they automatically receive a reward.
Stamps model settings
Number of stamps for a reward
For example: 10 stamps. The customer collects as many stamps as you specify — then automatically receives the reward.
Reward name
What the customer gets upon completing the card. For example: "Free coffee", "20% discount", "Dessert on us".
Stamps per visit
Each visit awards the customer 1 stamp.
Points
Suitable for shops and services where the purchase amount varies. The customer accumulates points proportional to their spend — you manually decide when to redeem them.
How to set up
When creating the card, specify the redemption threshold — the minimum number of points needed to receive a reward. For example: 500 points = a free haircut.
Cashback
A fixed percentage of each purchase is returned to the customer's card balance. This model works great where the average transaction is stable: barbershops, salons, studios.
Discount
The simplest model — the customer always receives a fixed discount, and you simply log each visit. No accumulation, no thresholds.
