Every customer sees your card in Wallet — make it recognisable. You can change the name, color, logo, and banner at any time. All customers' cards will update automatically.

Card name
The name appears at the top of the customer's Wallet card. Typically this is your business name.
Name is required. The card cannot be saved with an empty name — enter at least a few characters.
Tips for the name:
✓Use your official name as it appears on your signage.
✓Don't add words like "card" or "loyalty" — it's redundant.
✓Optimal length: up to 24 characters.
Brand color
The color is the main background of the Wallet card. Choose from the provided palette a color that is associated with your brand.
Text on the card is always white — make sure the chosen color is dark enough for good contrast.
Logo
The logo appears in the upper-left corner of the card next to the name. There are two options:
Emoji
Quick and simple — choose from the library.
Custom image
PNG/JPG with transparent background, square.
Recommendations for the uploaded logo: minimum 256×256 px, PNG with transparent background, square format.
Banner
The banner is a background image that replaces the solid brand color. It occupies the upper part of the Wallet card and makes it visually rich and memorable.
The banner is great for promotional purposes:
✓A photo of your venue or product — creates atmosphere and brand recognition
✓Seasonal promotions and events — change the banner before holidays or a new menu launch
✓Brand patterns and textures — for a minimalist brand identity
✓Reward announcement — e.g. "10 coffees = 1 free" right on the card
The banner is optional. If you want a clean solid background — simply leave the field empty.
Technical requirements
✓Aspect ratio 3:1 (e.g. 1200×400 px)
✓Minimum resolution: 1000×333 px
✓Formats: JPG, PNG, HEIC (iPhone photos are supported)
✓The app lets you crop the image before uploading
Preview
At the top of the "Card Design" screen there is always a live preview — exactly how the card will look to customers in Wallet. Use it to make sure the design looks right before saving.
Changes apply instantly. Once you tap "Save", the card updates for all customers who have already added it to Wallet — a push notification is sent automatically.
